headlight bulb keeps burning out
 
this is the fourth bulb and its already burned out, not even a month old

It seems as if you have a volt/amp problem. Check the headlight contacts with a meter and see how much power you have at the headlight socket. Scooter running and the bulb not installed.

It is normal for a bulb to blow but not 4times in a month . You may have a bad voltage regulator . Are both hi and lo beams burning out ?

Are you going ove 'alot' of rr tracks, potholes or speedbumps?

Put a Volt meter on the battery and start it up and rev it up to around 3-4 and see if it is overcharging. If it is it WILL blow out the bulbs.

Sometimes putting a small capacitor in parallel could help even out voltage spikes.
If you're running your scoot on 8+k RPM it might be overvolted all the time

Potholes also pose problems.
