Valve Springs

Hey guys I own a 2014 Kymco Super 8 150. I proceeded to do a valve adjustment and as I was turning the flywheel clock wise to TDC I notice the Valve springs on my Intake & Exhaust were not moving. Do you guys have any suggestions how to get them from being stuck..

Huh? Unless both valves are stuck or something is wrong with timing chain I don't know how the springs can't be moving. What clearance are you setting the valves at?

Morning the intake is set at.004 & exhaust .005 but I am thinking it may be my timing because if it's stuck I will hear a lot of restriction in that area and when I spin it with one revolution the rocker arm on the exhaust is super tight...what do you think

If the rocker arm on the exhaust valve is SUPER TIGHT, then that means your Exhaust Valve is Open partially or completely. Another scenario COULD BE it is in dire need of adjustment.

Unless you're on the compression stroke , the springs should be moving! Irish:scoot::nuts:
