I hope that everybody had a great Thanksgiving. I may need to start the post-holiday diet a month early.

I've been trying to lose some weight! I'm caught between a rock & a hard place I'm Diabetic! If you don't eat enough , with insulin , you'll have a low sugar reaction & Thanksgiving didn't help!:shrug::tdown: Irish:scoot::nuts:
