Help with carb

So I changed my manual vacuum driven fuel petcock for an electric low pressure pump. But now she spits and sputters when she goes down the road. how can I adjust the carburetor to fix this?

Too much gas??? Not enough gas??? What does the spark plug look like??? Any visible exhaust coming from muffler???

You just put a new fuel pump on....if you're not getting a proper mixture to the combustion chamber, you have a problem in the carb. You can't adjust this problem away. You will have to disassemble the carb and fix it....be it the float, it's needle valve, plugged jets, or whatever.

A look at the spark plug would tell a lot.
