Any Experience with Yongfu?

They are selling 250cc Yongfu scooters on my local craigslist. They look a lot like the old Linhai Aeolus.
Anybody have experience with Yongfu Powersports?

Somebody sent me a link to an article stating that Bentelli scooters will soon be built by Yongfu. Anybody else heard that?
