Hi Eric
Welcome aboard
Pleased to meet you
I recomend getting a 50 cc scoot with a 2 stroke engine over a 4 stroke
A stock 50 cc 4t engine puts around 3 bhp and has a top speed of around 35 to 40 MPH a stock 2 t puts out about 5BHP and runs in the 40 to 50 mph range imho a much better choice for keeping up with the traffic flow of most roads

Take care and ride safely
Yours Hank
