Stage 1 Kits

Are they worth installing? CDI, wire. ect. I mean how much performance enhancement does it do for a 9 HP 150?

I installed one of those orange HP CDIs in my scoot. The scoot was more responsive. It felt less like a smog legal motor. Worth $10. probably did not increase total horsepower appreciably.
I have not installed an aftermarket wire, plug or coil.
