Question for those in the know. Starter not engaging
 

Hey guys, I have 3 scoots. Ones a chuckus 150cc Ones a peace sports 50cc (wifes) ANd then I have a Rocketa looking 150cc. That one has the issue.

I Got it cheap and the deal was he had taken the air scoop off the little fan. If you hit the starter and it didn't engage you turned the fan a little (to find a good spot on the flywheel i presume) And it would crank right over. Issue is I am running out of good spots. LOL

What do I need to order and replace to make this thing start normally again?

from the hip I would say the starter clutch. Does the starter spin and the engine not crank over till you turn it?

yeah starter engages and just free spins. unless you find a good spot while spinning the flywheel

yo need a starter clutch
