Quantum 150 upgrades
 

I have a Tao Tao Quantum 150 and looking to do some upgrades. If I uprgraded the parts below, how much top speed and or power would I be gaining ?

performance exhaust pipe
CDI unit and coil cap
UNI air filter

I am looking for more top end mainly, does anybody know what to change in the variator or what weight of rollers I need to use to achieve this ?

In my situation I bought this scooter from Newegg.com with one of my side jobs that I have. Unfortunately I limited to the sites I can purchase from or else I would have bought a bigger one in the first place....

Of the items you mentioned, only the CDI will affect top speed much, because it eliminates the rev limiter.
Sliders, instead or rollers may give you some top speed.
