Digital Speedometer for TaoTao Thunder 50
 

Has anyone had experience putting a digital speedometer in a TaoTao Thunder 50. Mine has quit working, I’ve checked the cable and its turning where it goes into the back of the speedo, but the speedo and odometer don’t work. I figured if it’s broken, why not try to update to digital. If anyone has done the switch what unit digital speedo did you use (where’d you buy it) and were you able to use the same opening the old speedo was in?

Put one on my buggy but it didn't have anything so it was all new. Mine was one of the cheap ebay units.

When I found mine i was the only bidder and won it for $7.99 shipped. Seems they have went up a bit since I got mine in 2017.
