not enough gas?
 

I have a jonway 2t and when I run itwide open some times it will shut down.its happened four times and only 630 miles.when I pull over it cranks so it cant be seized.if I take the air cleaner boot off and put my hand over the opening it will start.sounds like it is starving for fuel or vapor lock?
