The Vespa community is up in arms. A metal bodied scooter with a GY6 engine. Imagine the Gall.

The automatic Stella beat it to the punch, but the early quality woes chased potential buyers away-including me! Then you have the new-school Vespas that use a metal body. I now have a big wheel scooter that I like very much, but dont think for a second Im not gonna check out the RA in person when I get my Liberty serviced soon. The Vespa/Lambretta crowd loves their vintage looks but have gotten more tolerant of "other" scooters and styles. Then the Scomati scooter is lurking in the wings, waiting for a US release.

On the fence with it. The rear has that retro styling aspect but then it looks like they grafted something out of place on the front. Too much smooth flowing lines like a 50s car in the rear but sharp angles in the front. Front fender and tail light looks modern dirt bike-ish.

IMHO Smooth off the front, change the headlight to a round one, and make the gauge round or more retro looking.
