It only happens after it been running awhile...
It only happens after it been running awhile could be a short or loose fuse but it sounds like after a certain time the amp draw becomes to much to sustain..... Makes me now believe you have a weak...

Just a shot in the dark here ( I'm a newb as well) starter relay , fuses , stator pickup line not charging the battery well enough. The click you hear is because the starter isn't getting enough...

Mc-54b-250 engines?
Well I guess I'm asking because I've been looking at the mc-54b-250 and there's more than one engine one is the 257cc Yamaha clone (horizontal engine) the other is a Honda clone I think its either...

Air ride system are usually really a pita to be...
Air ride system are usually really a pita to be reliable you're asking a lot. Plus you need something to sustained the psi level compressor that small usually not adequate for what you're asking it...

Thanks for the tips especially the fuel octane had no idea of that one. Valve adjustments OK 2 valves seems like there not a whole lot of Leigh way on the valves do you know the recommended valve...
