Now I feel silly. I guess the cable was just frozen, (24°f)

On that note, does anyone have any good ideas (other than heating it up) to prevent this from happening again?

Hey y'all,
I am hoping someone may be able to help me out.
I have a taotao atm50-a1. This morning my throttle decided to seize on me. I checked the carburetor and everything seems to be in order...
