It's fixed
I thank you for your suggestions. What was wrong was a vaccume line that was bad. One of the Cheap Az lines they send installed from China. All are change now and all is well.

fuel
Mine tells me 91 octane. I do agree if u can find fuel without Ethanol that would be best. It is murder on Diaphragms in the Carb and on Fuel lines.

NY is probably the same as Federal.
As long as you are within 15MPH of the posted speed limit they can do nothing. Under 40 as long as you have your 4-way flashers running. I dont think you need...

Irish I was up in there for 9 years. I was a trucker and made delivery up in Strafford then Providence Boston and then Hartford. Branford had a 76 truck stop there that sucked.:scoot:

fuel setting?
Had another issue with my Chinese Scooter. Ran great for 30 miles. Came home and shut off. Tried 15 minutes later and it would not start. I said screw it for a day.
