Yes, but only if the spark is yellowish if the spark is BLUEISH then it is fine. But you can always try a new plug won't hurt and it might help.
Check the Slider in the carb take the air tube off...

Great! why didn't you say that, ok so if the spark plug is wet then it is being flooded with to much fuel. Was the bike dropped or something is the Muffler on it and the pipe?
Try this disconnect...

I would question that you do have spark if the plug is soaked. Take the plug out or if you have a spare take the boot cap off and stick the plug in and HOLD IT on the Valve cover or MOTOR and crank...
