I got it, easy solution. I put the belt into the plates before i put the clutch back together. Taped the belt together so it was around halfway down the plates, put the clutch on its rod. Assembled...

How would i get this thing on. Stock spring, i cam squeeze easily amd get the belt down. With this spring i cant. Ideas?
