Hi, I'm not too knowledgeable on jetting, but did you adjust both the pilot and main jet? If it its dying at wot you might need more carb tuning?

^ valve adjust and you should open the carb to clean it, the jets have little holes that are usually culprits. Carb cleaner plus a small piece of wire to push the gunk out.

its so simple but hard to explain lol. i wish i was by my scoot now so i could send pic. If you have loosened the intake manifold clamp, you should have some play to turn the carb a little sideways....
