it seems like ur key isnt turning all the way allowing bike to start try disconnecting the kill wire from coil and crank engine do you have spark? the coil ground is activated when you bolt the coil...

when you replaced stator did you set the timing to where it was originally because you could have retard or advance it while installing to the point it will not work also check your your main fuse...

yes that would be the starter clutch throw out bearing assembly is failing so it drops out the metal to engage starter the then engine is spinning in the same direction so its hitting the bearing...
