Ummmm if it only runs with a charged battery it is your stator , more than likely ...

Most scoots will run with a dead battery as long as the stator is putting out ...

Ordered new bearing, I hope that fixes it ...

A LOT of the scoots that are EPA compliant, do not have mixture screws, or I should say they have a plug over where the screw is, some have the screw underneath , some don't have a screw at all ....

did you disconnect from the tank or below the vacuum petcock? There is a vacuum powered petcock on most of these, it does not open unless the motor is turning over ...
