many headlights don't work when the engine isn't running. So is that the case? Engine's running but no headlight? Wonder if you have a bad rectifier?

Il Bello engine blew. Here's the damage

Yes, melted piston, valve head stuck in the piston.

Running too lean? Shoot, the Il Bello (GY6 150cc) was running awesome!

EGR screwed up the mixture? Stuck auto choke?
