so i have my all modded up kaitong 2011 scoot works well enough and then one day i go from making good speeds of 35-45 and now im hardly able to make 20 any ideas why this would happen im lost as to...

starter benndix sticking
its not retracting after the moped starts and the wheel is in constant contact with it cause a loud noise and its cutting into the benndix slowly anyone ever have this issue?

wanting to buy this scoot any idea what it is?
So im thinking about picking up this scoot and more or less tinkering around and learning more then i already know i have a few mechanic friends one of which is one of the literal 2 moped/scooter...
