As you've got spark - Did you remove the Pilot...

As you've got spark - Did you remove the Pilot Jet and clear the passage it was removed from aswell? I've had to clean both Pilot Jet & Passage 5x once, before my scoot would start up.

Go with a bigger main jet, try 5 sizes higher....

Go with a bigger main jet, try 5 sizes higher. I've tried 10 sizes higher with an open air-filter, was to much!

Nope, when I bought the bike it had an Arrow exhaust on with a bigger chamber then mine. I dont know if that exhaust was from stock or put on by prev owner. If so, then I guess it was set up to that...
