Take a screw driver and ground out the terminals...

Take a screw driver and ground out the terminals on your starter relay and see if that will start it, if so then it's your relay, that's what happened to my jonway.

I tried that, it didn't help, when I took off the carb and sprayed starter fluid directly into the intake it spit out fire so I have a good spark, I think it might be compression some where
