tried a new petcock fuel pump, still the issue remains. Going to replace vacuum and fuel line next to see if its possible there a small pinhole somewhere in one of the lines causing a loss of vacuum.

I replaced the fuel filter so thats not it, ill take it apart and pull the carb off and clean that. That was my next suspect. If I blip the throttle as it start to die I can get it to keep running...
