Be sure you get that nut back on there tight after removing... I thought I had it on there good and the variator spun off the shaft and ate into my housing :(

Sounds like a carb issue, needs cleaned/adjusted. Your charging issue is another issue altogether I would think.

Have you tried using starter fluid to get it going? After rebuilding my carb I had to prime it with starter fluid in the back of the carb where the air comes in.

There is another adjustment on that carb for the air/fuel ratio, I believe it is on the opposite side from the idle adjustment screw, but it is just on the side of the carb and doesn't necessarily...

Scooter Kickstand doesn't work?

For some reason when I put down the kickstand it seems too long for the scooter - it won't stay upright, it tries to fall over in the opposite direction of the kickstand.

Ahh yeah, you can get some lighter springs for the clutch (maybe heavier, research this) and it will change the RPMs at which the clutch engages so you can creep without 'lunging' forward :)

Very nice! What is the biggest difference you noticed on the 150cc vs your old one? I know on mine it will get up to about 20-30MPH real quick but anything over that takes a minute.

Looks like there are 6-7 different forums all with the same name 'scoot dawg' on the internet - people may be scattered around on these. How come these exist? Can't we get them removed from the SERPS...
