Unlikely it jumped time. You can check if you pull the valve cover and remove the spark plug. Put a straw in the spark plug hole and and watch the timing marks as you turn the engine the straw will tell you where the piston is in relationship to the tdc mark. Also if it jumped time the cam chain would have to be pretty loose check that. You say it has compression but turning over really fast means no compression to me... Maybe bent or stuck valve...
