What does MCO stand for? When I go to sell the scooter, I was going to complete a bill of sale and also sign over ownership by filling out the back of my registration to the new owner. Is there something else that needs to be filled out when I go to sell it? Thanks, Mike |

Reason i ask is if i were to buy your scooter and try to register it in CT i would need a title or MCO, i was interested until i leaned that you dont have either
Most states require them, yours is one of the few that dosent
