went to auto zone and had the lady there hook up a voltage meter. The tech guy at superior said to turn on the scoot and see if the volt went up. This lady wouldnt let me turn on my scoot, she was scared she would get shocked, then told me it says I need a new battery, she unhooked it and went inside...waste of time. Oh well, I 'll put the need volt reg. on and see if the battery charges correctly.
