If you really need those speeds, you should have bought something in the 250 size. Your scooter isn't close to being broken in at 218 miles, (took me 6 oil changes and 2500 miles before my oil screen came out totally free of any metal) and you're doing top end runs with 200 miles operated? Not a good idea, if you expect it to last more than a few months. Your top speed will probably increase by 3 or so when break in is complete, fiddle with the jetting and add a free flow filter and gain a couple more....but a steady diet of 60+, and it will come apart.
Think you better accept your scoot for what it is...or move up to a 250 class.
