I'm going to bump this post.
Kind of bothers me when issues are just dropped with no follow through or follow up.
Folks coming across an issue unresolved are left to speculate on the outcome and can imagine the most ridiculous or gruesome things.
It's been about 8 months. What happened? Was the cause determined? then fixed?
