Anyhow... I have figured out MANY things with this scooter now that I've started to dig in! I will start a "Build Thread" sometime or another. But to answer the original question, the Carb is just a replacement, stock size 18mm Carb. I will be upgrading to a 20mm of the same style carburetor.
