Thanks for the quick responses! I am going to work on it today and think I will use the full gasket. I already bought the acorn nuts so will use them. I'm not sure of the brand, it has decals that say M-50 and some other numbers.. I think it is a "Speedy" style scooter with the headlight in the handlebar fairing. Looks like this from the internet but not this brand
