So what we're saying then, if I may postulate, is that a scooter is like a substitute vehicle for a car while a motorcycle is a Recreational machine. That might explain a lot.

Before the Cops started causing more trouble then the Bikers , I used to go to Laconia NH every year! When it comes to #s , I would include Laconia in with Daytona! Sturgis is an event all by itself.
