browsing the rocket threads has been helpful.. I've ordered a rocket 250cc 54b... due in 2 weeks at a dealership... they did me right last time .. so i went with them again... already ordered a volt meter from eBay as indicated in one thread... my modest experience is the battery and starter are weak points of the chinese scooter.. hopefully the quality is improving
