LMAO Gray Area

Yes there is a gray area,The semi automatic tranny [No Clutch)
seems to be a gray area, but seems to be acceptable.
How fast it is capable of doing is another gray area.
Even the brand name 50cc mopeds can do over 30 MPH.
and most are fully automatic.
As long as i dont get clocked over 30 MPH i should be fine.
All are 48/49 cc.
The one i have been riding for the past 10 or so years(Black one)
is 48cc semi auto 4 speed.Over the years i have got pulled over
several times for obvious reasons if it dont look like a duck
than it cant be a duck. But the Mass. Moped registration states this.
[According to Massachusetts law (M.G.L. Chapter 90 Section 1), a "motorized bicycle" (also known as a
“moped”) is defined as a pedal bicycle which has a helper motor, or a non-pedal bicycle which has a motor,]
So basically i am riding a [non-pedal bicycle which has a motor,]

Like i said,,
Worcester Mass,i have been riding my mini chopper on the streets for about
10 years now,get pulled over a few times each year.Never got a ticket.

My 2 new ones i have not yet had the chance to street ride
yet because of the weather.
Orange one has a manual 4 speed yet i will still ride it till if and when
i get a ticket or warning.
The blue one is my girl friends bike. Its a semi auto 4 speed.
Cant wait for the 6 ft of snow to go away,,,
And no i do not ride them to work, ladders wont fit.
