Okay, In my quest for better gas millage on my 2011 150cc Jonway, I installed a new 115# jet and put in a high performance filter. It'll run, but bogs down and I seriously doubt that I am getting better. Tomorrow I will change back to my old jet. What a waste of time. A fun waste of time though, I did learn also.
