This is only a minor leak ... more prominent when not ridden for a while. Even so, the leak is only about one drip per day; with only an ounce of oil, that could become a problem.
This is a 150cc TaoTao with 1,700 miles.
If you want a "Backyard" fix , after changing the washer , put Teflon (used in plumbing) tape on the threads of the plug! Make sure that you go in the proper direction with the tape! Irish
