Feedback on planning my winter tear down/rebuild

I'm new to scooters but would like to think I'm picking up on it rather quickly due to my automotive background. I've got a 14 tao tao powermax 150. So far it's just got exhaust, lowered and stretched, a couple clutch mods I'm told (would like to replace). I have the stretching and frame modifications I want covered, but I want to throw a few new parts at it. So far I've picked out :

Nibbi PE28 flat slide carb
Nibbi 58.5mm cylinder kit
Nibbi 57.6mm "big bore" head
NCY oil cooler kit
Hoca 125mm rear slotted brake shoes
Kevlar 835 drive belt (best brand?)
Shinko 130/70/12 tires
Need clutch recommendation and some schooling about different rollers
And more to be added in the coming days...

I know there are several other things I'm not mentioning but some I'm just not sure how they will work with the other parts and stuff, like my cdi. I've heard completely conflicting information from several places about the effects of a different one. This isn't a drag scooter and im happy with the top speed i have now, I just think it'd be nice to have little more power and some nice higher end parts. I'm very concerned with the quality of the parts. I don't care how much I'm spending as long as I know it's expensive because of the quality lol. So what would you guys add or change on my list?
