The centrifugal clutch springs will change how high the engine revs before you leave from a dead stop. Once you are above app 10mph those springs have no consequence .
Check to be sure the belt is correct/ I've just had my ass kicked by purchasing online and got the wrong belt size. One symptom was a reduced top speed. My size was off by only 2mm in width, it makes a world of difference !

Nope, im using the same brand and size belts for 2years now, so this could not be the problem, unless belt is worn. I will try with heavier weights and if this wont solve the problem i will go with new belt. Thank you for your time.
