85 main jet is too small. Generally open type filters need bigger ones. anywhere from 88 to 95 has been my experience. Bigger carbs on a 50cc is pointless and make it even more difficult to tune.
Also you'll need to experiment with needle height, maybe lower the clip a notch or add a shim depending on the needle type. And reset the mixture screw using the idle drop method.
