Branch in Springfield, OH dragged their feet and BS'd a customer about 6 months total on a warranty problem with a Kymco scooter. Short version is their tech is clueless about how the machine works and the general manager not on top of anything. Took Kymco USA a while to steer dealer in correct direction. Well, there were other pressures brought to bear but I won't go into that. CA has several branches in North Central US so be careful when buying a scoot from them.
