I am having this same exact issue!
Engraved # on the back of the Gearcase near the brake says
1E41QMB... I do not see a D but many search results show a D
as in D1E41QMB...
So did you figure out what was causing this spark issue.
I have looked extensively and do not find a CDI on this model.
Mine is a Sinski Ventura. Occasionaly I get a spark for a few
revolutions and then it disappears.
Was it your Stator?
I can not get the Magneto/Flywheel off it has an odd size thread.
Did you get your mag off? If so what thread size was it?
Any info you have would be appreciated.
