Heya, Techie! Thanks for the input.

I'm a whopping 267lbs at 6' tall so too heavy of weights makes my scooter extra sluggish. Hills kick my arse. By your advice the 6.5g setup should be safe, but also the minimum I should ever have.

This 150cc variator weight tuning kit has 6g weights, so I assume the same would be the absolute minimum for an 81cc scooter since 3g is the minimum for a 50cc.

I'm gonna test it and see if I get my speed back. If it sounds like it revs too high I guess I may as well just put my old variator back in until I get some 7-8g sliders...
