No Blur's don't come with a windshield. the seat SUCKS!! but this is the most flick-able scoot I have ever had. The brakes are excellent! n very quick off the line.

That Green CT can do a verified 63 mph. On that pogo-stick front end, it IS scarey!
On the other hand the Orange CT can do 58mph, but has a much better suspension for higher speeds. when I pop that 107cc motor I will be slippin 140cc or bigger motor in it.
