Will it be safe?
I know a 50cc is safe for most roads, unfortunately NC law has made it to where you can only go 30MPH without a license. But I know a motor scooter is different than a car.
Since I know you ride on the sides, my question is would going 30MPH be safe on a 45MPH road? |
