Oh No uni foam free flow filter?

What's everyone's view on the uni filter? I ordered a new belt I figured I'd try the filter out. I know its just a filter. It seems pretty popular though just wondering why its got the reputation? Brand? Performance? Hmmmmm?

Any time you increase the air flow through your engine, as you did with the Uni filter, you must also adjust available fuel...should have replaced your carb's main jet, with the next size bigger. (maybe two sizes bigger...it's a trial and error type of deal)

I don't run a Uni....but do have K&N's on my scoot, as well as both of my motorcycles.

I run a 88 main jet and a high performance exhaust. I like my uni filter on my next build I'll try a K&N
