vip future champion build
Hey guys,
i have a 2014 vip future champion, i bought it about 9 months ago used from a local rental place. Its served me well with no issues until recently, when i start it, it idles and then shuts off. I can ride it fine but when i come to a stop it dies. As ive been reading im thinking this is a carburetor issue but any advice would be great. My real question is i am planning on doing a compkete overhaul and am wondering where to start? I was thinking the carburetor as i am having issues but was also thinking of a bbk. Of course a new exhaust and intake are a must, but all input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Since it appears fuel related, start with your gas, gas tank, petcock then carb.

Adjust your valves. That is the most common reason for these to run poorly.
