Not totally familiar with 250cc's, but I would check to see if its getting enough gas. If it is, check the valves.

Welcome to the forum. Sometimes an ignition coil will give trouble once it is warmed up. I'd check the fuel systems and valves first as suggested above.

Is there a thread that shows how to check the valves? I replace the Carb plug and coil and nothing is working makes me frustrated
