I don't know which is worse. Riding a scooter while intoxicated, or tailgating someone that is.

So what's next? They're in the middle of nowhere... Unless the rider of the car (who almost rammed them off the road), wants to bring them home, more than likely they'll just hop on the scoot after he left anyway.
